Booking Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule to a new date, whenever possible, at no penalty.

• A $100 cancellation fee applies if canceled within 14 days of your event.

Your Privacy Matters

Your information is used only to manage your reservation. We do not sell, share, or rent personal information. Our goal is to keep your experience simple, safe, and stress-free.

Travel & Fuel Fees

• Our primary service area is within 30 miles of Colorado Springs

• Events outside this area may include a fuel/travel surcharge
  (See our Service Area page for details)

Event Location Requirements

• For insurance purposes we park on the street, not in driveways, in most cases. 

• A flat, safe parking area is required (street parking is ideal), our truck and trailer need at least 55 feet of space

• If space is extremely limited, we recommend having your party at a park, school, church or recreation center

• If a location is unsafe upon arrival, we may request a new location or reschedule (a $50 fee may apply)

• Parks and public venues may require permits—these are the customer’s responsibility

• For laser tag, please remove any hazards from the playing area before setup

Laser Tag Waivers

• All laser tag participants must sign a waiver before playing

• A parent or guardian must sign for minors

• Waivers are available online during booking

Weather Policy

Our trailer is fully climate-controlled, but safety always comes first.
In cases of severe weather (lightning, high winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice), we may reschedule your event. If severe weather is expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan together.

Supervision & Staffing

• A parent does not need to be inside the trailer, but must be nearby

• A trained Game Coach is always provided to guide gameplay and ensure a great experience

Safety Rules

• No alcohol, drugs, or smoking in or around the trailer

• Events may be stopped if safety rules are violated

• Illegal activity will result in immediate cancellation

Food & Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the trailer. Please enjoy snacks and cake outside before or after gameplay.

Photos

Our Game Coach may take photos during the event for social media.
If you prefer no photos, you can opt out during booking.

Tips

Tipping your Game Coach is appreciated but never required.

---

Video Game Ratings

“M”-rated games are played only with parent approval and must be requested in advance or approved during the event.

Damage & Liability

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe setup area

• Damage caused by guests may be charged to the card on file

• Gaming To You is not responsible for injuries or property damage at the event location
